In this revealing lecture, Dr. Cottrell will present information that will empower the individual with knowledge of dietary and behavioral changes proven to dispel the much-accepted thought that diabetes and its progressive complications are inevitable because of “Family History.” When we thoroughly understand the effect of the standard American diet (SAD), we gain insight into the mechanisms that result in the creation of this disease.
